The volleyball team "Smec 5" has started working on October 1 2008. In a short period of time it has assembled around 150 attendees.

The club is designed in a way that it provides high quality and professional work with children of x to y years old and enables adequate competition with the ambition that hard work incorporates.
That will be the base out which the club will school many talented young players for the league's senior competition.
The initial circumstances have led to VC "Smec 5" competing in the senior regional league in the 1st year of its existence, in collaboration with the volleyball team "Profil".
For the second year of its existence senior team is played in the second group of National League East, where by taking first place made direct plasmasman in higher rank competition and a chance to play next season to his audience in the first league of Serbia as that was the goal of the club until then. But the club's ambitions not finish here. Because there is a club at the start of the season brought a couple of reinforcements  the team will try to the high quality work this season show that could compete with perennial participants in the first Federal League and achieve the best possible placement. First team coach is Bojan Marinkovic.
